Apparel For all apparel it is recommended to turn your item inside out, wash on cold/warm, and tumble dry or lay flat to air dry. Some printing techniques used can become tacky when heated and could effect the design. Over time usual wear and tear will occur. Home Decor If you've purchased an insulated tumbler or water bottle it is recommended to hand wash and avoid bristle brushes in order to preserve the design. We cannot guarantee the design will remain in tact if placed in the dishwasher.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part or the item is defective. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If there is a printing or quality issue please contact support by clicking "Leave a Review" in your order email.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Custom orders typically take 3-5 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and current workload. We'll give you an estimated completion time when you place your order and send you the design for final approval before purchasing.

We know camp couldn't happen without our international staff, which is why we offer shipping all over the world. Shipping costs will be higher and transit times may be longer.

Although we would love to include gift messages with every purchase not all of our vendors have the capability. If you do not see an option to leave a gift message then most likely it is not possible at this time. We're always on the lookout for updates from our vendors and hope to provide this service for all of our products in the future.
